INSUboard for Roof / Ceiling / Wall & Flooring

INSUboard Roof Grade:

INSUboard offers number of special characteristics & advantages for installation of inverted roof system like light weight, negligible water absorption, long term durability, low thermal conductivity, etc. Higher strength make it an ideal solution for Over deck insulation.

Applications:

  • Non traffic roofs with gravel finish.
  • Roofs for pedestrians and vehicular traffic (car park) with proper protection.
  • Roof gardens, both intensive and extensive.
  • Flat roof refurbishments.

INSUboard Wall Grade:

INSUboard - its light weight, relatively high vapour diffusion resistance, higher thermal resistance, ease in handling makes it most preferred and best suited solution for Wall insulation.

Applications:

  • External wall Insulation.
  • Internal wall Insulation.
  • Cavity wall Insulation.
  • EIFS (Exterior Insulation & Finishing System).

INSUboard Floor Grade:

INSUboard with its combination of high strength and long term durability makes it a preferred material for high load bearing industrial and cold storage floors.

Special grades with higher density and compressive strength to withstand high static and intensive dynamic loading are available on request.

Applications:

  • Industrial floors in Pharmaceutical & Electronic component industries etc.
  • Cold Storage.

Extruded Polystyrene Board

Advantages of Thermal insulation board

An insulation system minimizes the amount of heat that is transferred through a building's shell. Plastic extruded insulation board has closed cells with standard sides and is manufactured using a fully automated extrusion process that adheres to international specifications and standards. These boards are made from extruded polystyrene, which has closed cells with standard sides and is extruded totally automatically by international requirements and regulations. A significant amount of water absorption resistance is provided by extruded polystyrene. The predictable performance and high insulating value of the static component thermoplastic material result from the manufacturing method, which is combined with the intrinsic properties of the thermoplastic material.

Advantages:

Thermal insulation board provides several advantages, the most notable of which are as follows:

  • Cell structure that is closed and uniform
  • Moisture absorption is relatively minimal in this material.
  • Extremely high mechanical strength
  • High insulation and performance efficiency over a long period
  • Excellent dimensional stability
  • Extremely high resilience to temperature cycling
  • Excellent anti-aging properties
  • Extreme resistance to water absorption.
  • It is not necessary to use a vapor barrier.
  • The building of hollow masonry walls does not affect this.
  • Excellent long-term thermal insulation performance.
  • Prevents condensation from forming on the interior walls.
  • It is simple to handle, cut, and install.
  • Thermal insulation board boards are extra-long to cover more ground and, as a result, minimize installation time and costs.
  • On all four corners, it includes Tongue and Groove profiles, which help to prevent thermal bridging from occurring.
  • It does not decay or settle in any way.
  • It is very cost-effective in situations involving cavity walls.
  • Sturdy, a stiff board that is difficult to damage
  • Thermal insulation materials such as extruded polystyrene (XPS) are among the most effective available. It is frequently employed in building foundations, basements, floors, walls, roofs, pipeline systems, highways, and railroads.

Extruded polystyrene XPS insulation Board in Delhi specialists have created a one-of-a-kind method for extruding polystyrene slabs that include nanoscale carbon particles. This technology is exclusive to the company. This allowed for a significant increase in the thermal efficiency of the material and its strength qualities, while simultaneously lowering the coefficient of water absorption to the bare minimum. Extruded polystyrene slabs are made by melting polystyrene beads at a high temperature and pressure with the addition of a blowing agent, and then extruding the resulting product from an extrusion machine. Extruded insulation board high-performance thermal insulation material with excellent thermal insulation properties and high compressive strength. It does not absorb water, shrink or swell, and is chemically resistant.

What is an XPS board?

XPS board is an insulating board manufactured using completely biodegradable material. It is produced from foamed polystyrene, a material that does not depreciate. The cell structure in the board is constructed with very fine closed cells that give the product its outstanding physical and mechanical features.

The advantage of XPS Board:

  • Little thermal conductivity due to the air hole group structure. Avoids the spread of air
  • Because 97%-98% of foam insulation board space is crammed with air, have adequate capacity to safeguard the impact of the outside world and by altering the shape, good anti impact ability.
  • Low water absorption. Studies have shown that moisture will influence the thermal and mechanical properties, low water absorption materials help to maintain these properties.
  • Biodegradable. The recuperation degree is the highest in plastics.
  • The manufacture process does not apply Freon.
  • The full life cycle power consumption of plastics in the lowest possible.

Attributes of XPS Board:

  • Excellent quality
  • Durable
  • Superb in performance
  • Affordable price

XPS Board Used To Provide Insulation To:

Floors, Structures, Pitched roofs, Cavity, walls

Applications of XPS Board:

XPS or foamular 250 is mainly used in areas like concrete flat roofs, parking decks, metal roofs, exterior Walls, cavity walls, cold storage floors, cold storage walls, ice rinks, and sandwich panels.
